Here you will find all the information related to the entire process of purchasing your footwear.

These conditions of sale may vary, it is recommended to consult them each time a new purchase is made.

Our website complies with the following regulations:

- Placing the order

Orders are placed through the store's website www.diezdeditoslibres.com . Once the products have been selected, you will be asked to create a customer account to proceed with the purchase of the same. You will be asked for billing information and shipping address, as well as your phone number and email address. The information provided must be complete and up to date at each time of purchase. If you already have an account, you will only need to log in with your email and password.

The data provided, together with the products selected, constitute the purchase data. The purchasing process ends with the payment of the products. And the payment of the products represents the acceptance of the terms of purchase (purchase contract).

You will receive a confirmation email with the information you provided and the selected products. We need approximately 12 hours to verify your order, prepare it and send it. This period will be longer if your order falls on a weekend or public holiday. From then on, you will have 48-72 hours to receive your product.

If you need any corrections, either to the shipping information or to the selected products, you must send an email to pedidos@diezdeditoslibres.com clearly identifying your order number and the modifications to be made.

Cancellation of the order by the buyer will incur a management fee of €2.50 which will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

Once the order has been processed, prepared and made available to the shipping company, we will no longer be able to make any changes, except (without guarantees) to the shipping address indicated.

*If you wish to unsubscribe from your account as a customer, you must send us an email to hola@diezdeditoslibres.com indicating UNSUBSCRIBE MY ACCOUNT as the subject.

 

- Product Prices

Products are listed in Euros with VAT included for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Shipping costs are not included.

Once upon a time… ten free fingers reserves the right to modify the price of the products at any time. The price that will be charged to the customer will be the one in effect during the purchase process, unless there is an obvious error in said price.

 

- Payment Methods

The final amount of the product will be paid through the secure payment gateway enabled by www.diezdeditoslibres.com

The payment method will be through your credit card. You will be asked for your card number, expiration date and CVC. You may need to confirm the transaction with a code sent by your bank to your mobile phone.

For your peace of mind, we guarantee that your personal and card details travel encrypted to Shop Pay thanks to the secure SSL server. Also, diezdeditoslibres.com never receives or stores your card details, only the confirmation of your payment.

If you need to return or cancel your order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment method with which the purchase was made.

Both personal and banking data will be protected with all security measures established by Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) with total confidentiality.  

 

- Discount Coupons.

  • Coupons are for individual use and cannot be combined with each other, unless otherwise indicated. Once upon a time… ten free fingers reserves the right to cancel any promotion to individual or collective customers if it is considered that they are being used abusively or inappropriately.

- Shipping Terms and Costs

We will ship your order within 24 hours after payment verification. Orders placed from Friday at 1pm to Sunday or on public holidays will be shipped the following business day.

The shipping times indicated may be increased during Black Friday, Christmas or sales periods, due to saturation of transport companies. Likewise, at Hubo una vez… diez deditos libres, we are not responsible for delays in delivery in cases of force majeure.

Once the order has been received, the customer must inspect the products as soon as possible within the first 48 hours after delivery. If you find any defect in the products or there has been any incident related to the delivery of the same, you must notify it in the most detailed way possible, including photos, to the email address pedidos@diezdeditoslibres.com and always including the order number in the email.

Likewise, if there is any delay in the order, you can notify us at the same email address, always including the order number so that we can work on the incident as quickly as possible. If the transport company has lost your package, we will send you an order with the same characteristics or, if you so request, we will cancel the order and fully refund the payments made.

Under no circumstances will Once Upon a Time… Ten Free Fingers be obliged to financially compensate the customer for delays in the delivery of all or part of the products, whatever the reason, or when the delivery of the product cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the company contracted for the shipment.

The customer must reject packages that are delivered damaged or that show signs of having been damaged during transport. In no case will Once Upon a Time… Ten Free Fingers take charge of a package that shows damage of any kind and has been accepted by the customer.

VALENCIAN COMMUNITY

  • EXPRESS HOME DELIVERY 24-48h: €4.60
  • STANDARD HOME delivery, 48-72h: €4.30

PENINSULA (except Ceuta and Melilla and the Valencian Community)

  • EXPRESS HOME DELIVERY 24-48h: €5.40
  • STANDARD HOME delivery, 48-72h: €4.70

BALEARICS

  • STANDARD HOME delivery, 2-5 business days: €7.90

PORTUGAL

  • STANDARD HOME delivery, 48-72h: €8.50

Delivery times:

Orders placed before 1pm can be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following day.

Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, except holidays.

- Exchanges and returns

Changes

As we are a small company, we do not make changes to size and/or model, because it is difficult to guarantee stock availability at all times. If you need another size or colour, you will have to make a new purchase and process a return of the item you do not want.

Withdrawal and Returns

Withdrawal

The customer will have the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after receipt of the products by the customer. To exercise this right, you may write to hola@diezdeditoslibres.com informing them of their intention to withdraw from the purchase.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the withdrawal deadline expires.

Once the right of withdrawal has been notified and the corresponding authorization has been obtained, the client must place the product(s) in a properly packaged package and send it, without any undue delay, to the contact address of Hubo una vez…diez deditos libres, and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if the products are returned before said deadline has concluded. The shipping costs of the package will be borne by the client, who must organize it either by certified mail or by any other means that allows proof of its shipping date and tracking. It is the client's responsibility to request and keep proof of shipping until he receives the requested refund.

Once the products have been received and examined, and provided that they are in perfect condition, have not been used, opened and/or manipulated, and retain their labels and original packaging, Hubo una vez…diez deditos libres will refund all payments received, including the initial shipping costs. This refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product by Hubo una vez…diez deditos libres.

The refund will be made through the payment method used by the customer in the initial transaction, and will be subject to the right of Hubo una vez…ten deditos libres to retain amounts for returned products that are damaged. If it is not possible to manage the return using the same payment method used by the Customer, we will proceed to refund the amount by bank transfer, to an account provided by the Customer.

In the event of legal withdrawal, all rights of the Client established in current legislation regarding the return of sums paid are in any case preserved.

Returns

Returns will be made within 14 calendar days from when you receive your order and are at your expense in both return options . From the moment you communicate your intention to return, you have 14 calendar days to send the product .

For any return, please send an email to: RETURNS@DIEZDEDITOSLIBRES.COM specifying clearly in the SUBJECT “RETURN ITEM”. In the text you must include the returned item and the order number.

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED ON WORKING TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS

You have two options for the return:

Option 1 – You manage it yourself

  •       The product must be sent by certified mail or by any other means that allows proof of the shipping date and tracking number.

* In the case of the return of more than one product, the return cost that will be deducted will be €3 for each additional product returned, as a management fee.

Option 2 – We help you manage it

  •  Request your return. We will send you the label and you only have to take the package to a post office (you do not need to print the label, just show it at the counter). The cost of the return (€8.50 in the Peninsula, €12.50 in Portugal and €11.50 in the Balearic Islands) will be deducted from the amount of the product.

* In the case of the return of more than one product, the return cost that will be deducted will be €2.50 for each additional product returned, as a management fee.

* If you have purchased two products and only return one of them, shipping costs will not be refunded, only the amount of the returned product.

* If you have enjoyed free shipping and proceed to return the items, the shipping costs will be deducted from the return.

The product must arrive in perfect condition (unused, unopened and/or tampered with, and with the original labels and packaging) in order to proceed with the refund. For a correct return and to ensure that the product is not damaged during shipping, you must pack it in a bag or box and stick the return label on said bag or box . If the package arrives with the label stuck directly on the original packaging, the refund will not be processed.

Once the products have been received and examined, and provided that the above condition is met, we will proceed to refund the payment received for the same, less the corresponding return costs , which will be borne by the customer .

In the event that you have purchased two products and only proceed to return one of them, the shipping costs will not be refunded, only the amount of the returned product.

If you have enjoyed free shipping and proceed to return the items, the shipping costs will be deducted from the return.

The refund will be made using the payment method used by the customer in the initial transaction, and will be subject to the right of Hubo una vez… diez deditos libres to retain amounts for returned products that are damaged. If it is not possible to process the refund using the same payment method used by the customer, we will refund the amount by bank transfer to an account provided by the customer.

In case you find any If the product is defective or faulty , you may request a return of the products received within 14 calendar days from the date the order was delivered. To manage the return, you must contact us by sending an email to devoluciones@diezdeditoslibres.com indicating your name, order number and detailing the products in which you find a defect, accompanied by photographs.

Once upon a time… ten free fingers will only be financially responsible for returns of orders with defects or manufacturing defects.

Products that are not specific footwear, such as socks, waterproofing, cleaners, laces, toe separators, massage balls or insoles, among others, cannot be returned.

Cancellation of the order by the buyer will incur a management fee of €2.50, which will be deducted from the total amount of the return. In any case, if the product has left its destination, it cannot be cancelled.

 

- AFTER-SALES SERVICE

At Once Upon a Time… Ten Free Fingers we have an after-sales service to solve any problems with our products or shipments, through which we offer faster and more efficient attention to our customers.

If you have a problem with the shipment or the product received, send us an email to hola@diezdeditoslibres.com with the SUBJECT: “Problem with received product” and we will reply within 24 hours from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our sole responsibility will be to supply the product under the terms and conditions expressed in this procurement policy.

Once upon a time… ten free fingers will not be liable for any consequences, damage or harm that may arise from the improper use of the products supplied.

The transport company is responsible for sending the order to the customer and delivering it to the address indicated by the customer.

Once upon a time… ten free fingers is responsible for ensuring that product images, prices and descriptions are correct.

 

  • JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAWS

Once upon a time… ten free fingers and the Client will be governed, to resolve any controversy that may arise from the access or use of this Web page, by Spanish legislation, and will be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the Valencian Community.
