Mustang originated in Elche, in a context where the footwear industry needed to be revitalized, driven by entrepreneurs such as Pascual Ros.

Pascual began his career in the sector at the age of 15, founding his first shoe factory at 17, which marked the beginning of the business adventure that would give rise to Mustang.

Despite crises and challenges, such as the 1973 crisis and health problems, Pascual managed to expand the Mustang brand internationally, adapting to the demands of the global market.

The company underwent key transformations in the 1980s and 1990s, focusing on a more family-friendly business model and positioning the brand for a younger audience.

The pillars of Mustang's success are based on fast production, closeness to customers and employees, and a strong conviction in the business project, led with passion by Pascual Ros.
